3.1 Deposit Terms
- All deposits must be made through a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- If a deposit is not completed or is delayed, the support team must be notified immediately with proof.
- fj99 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds where applicable.
- Deposited funds may first be applied toward fulfilling any existing bonus wagering requirements.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Account identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be accepted.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, additional verification may require more time.
- Withdrawal requests may only be made through the same method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise instructed.
- fj99 may suspend or cancel a withdrawal in cases of suspicious activity or a breach of the rules.
- Winnings earned through bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
fj99 offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members — a 200% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. This bonus is subject to the following conditions:
- The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and may be used just once per account.
- To withdraw the bonus amount, a total wagering of 20 times the combined (bonus + deposit) amount must be completed.

4.2 VIP and Cashback Program

- Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- VIP tier is determined based on overall activity and regularity on the platform.
- Once cashback is earned, it is credited directly to the account and can be used from there.
- fj99 reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program.
4.3 Bonus Abuse Policy
fj99 actively works to prevent bonus abuse. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse and may result in the forfeiture of bonuses and account closure:
- Claiming bonus benefits using multiple accounts.
- Following low-risk betting strategies with the intention of avoiding the bonus wagering requirement.
- Claiming bonuses using third-party funds or payment methods.
- Following any strategy that goes against fj99's bonus policy.
Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct
5.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on the fj99 platform:
- Money laundering or conducting any form of illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to hack, crack, or otherwise manipulate the platform's software or gaming systems.
- Playing games using robots, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.
- Impersonating fj99 staff or engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account information.
- Attempting to spread harmful malware or viruses on the platform.
- Making false complaints or claims against fj99 or other users.
